Tata Teleservices to expand operations in Jammu and Kashmir

CDMA operator Tata Teleservices Ltd will expand its operations in Jammu and Kashmir by the end of November this year. It will be the fourth player in Jammu and Kashmir after BSNL, Bharti Airtel and Dishnet Wireless.

It is also planning to expand its operations in the North East. The announcemnet for this launch is expected to be made in the week of 27th October.

At present, Tata Teleservices, along with Tata Teleservices (Maharastra) Ltd, operates in more than 6,600 towns across 19 circles including Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh etc.
